My services - for your mental health

As a psychotherapist, I offer a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore challenges and work toward healing at your own pace. I use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR can be effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, and overwhelming life events by supporting the brain’s natural healing processes. In addition,                             I integrate trauma-informed yoga into my therapeutic work. This gentle, body-based approach supports nervous system regulation, increases body awareness, and helps restore a sense of safety and control. Trauma-informed yoga is offered in a way that respects personal boundaries and choice, and can be especially helpful for those who find it difficult to access healing through talk therapy alone. By combining psychotherapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed yoga, I support you in developing coping strategies, reducing stress, and strengthening emotional resilience. Together, we work toward greater balance, self-understanding, and overall mental well-being.
